Hey everyone, just a short question here while I rearrange my room for the new year.
I know I'm not the only person on this community that takes some number of pills every day.
The problem is I have to leave the bottles somewhere I can see them or I will forget to take them (which is bad considering one is birth control and the others are for my bipolar-ism and I simply cannot function normally without them at this stage.)
That being said, how do you store your medications?
How can I keep them in sight without drawing attention to them and creating an eyesore?
Sorry if this seems silly, but I get all in a huff about little things like this for some reason.

I'm moving into a tiny 1 bedrooms apartment in a few weeks and I'm still trying to decide what to do about a bed. I was going to take my twin bed from my parents house but this bed is very heavy and I'll live up on the third floor with winding stairs that are a pain. Has anyone used an air mattress before as their main bed? What brands are the best to get? I'm looking into any that are fairly inexpensive yet durable ( I have a cat so I'll need one that's pretty puncture resistant). I'm only going to live at this apt for about 6 months so I'm thinking this might be my best bet.

I typed this all out then accidentally submitted it, then hit back in the process and it got lost I guess. D: Anywho, I'll do it again.
Where are places where I can get these drawers? I've seen them in various colors and I don't like the zipper ones at Ikea.

I'm planning on getting this, and that's what I need them for. Also, is that the storage unit I should get? Or should I get it from somewhere other than Ikea?

I feel like I'm forever having issues with iTunes with my PC. I can't wait til I get my MacBookPro in the Fall. Anwhoo, in the last ocuple weeks at some point, my iTunes won't connect to the internet. I pop in a CD and it recognizes it as "Audio CD" no matter what CD I pop in and so if I import it, it gets all confused. I've run the diagnostics and it says it's not connecting. I tried what the help menu suggested, I checked Apple's website and it only has help if you're using Norton anti-virus and I have AVG. I updated my virus protection for AVG, restarted to computer, nothing. Any help or suggestions?

I want to know where to find these drawers? I don't like the ones at Ikea that zip. I've seen various colors and designs. Any suggestions as to where to purchase them?

hi. i'm Stu, 22 year old girl from Helsinki, Finland. i study photography, and i share my home with 2 other students. i've posted my room before, like a year ago or something. and i thought it was time to do this again! idk if much has changed... oh well, let's get started.

I decided not to move into the shotgun house with my boyfriend. Instead I just moved out above a head shop in the middle of downtown Lexington, KY on the University of Kentucky Campus. My apartment was once two efficiencies hence the matching closets, built in bookshelves & the fact that I have two bathrooms.
This is my moving precess. Everything is a train wreck currently but I have plans to finish EVERYTHING before my vacation this weekend. Expect another much prettier post very soon. This is where I ask more annoying questions and for advice.

Hey there O_S. I've been curious lately about the history of ear lobe stretching as it relates to Native North Americans (emphasis due to overhearing a comment along the lines of, "What, you wanna look like an Indian or something? Go get a casino!" Yeah...I know...). I've searched the tags in here,stretched, and bodymods and didn't see anything helpful there. The memories of stretched have five entries about historical modification (most from 2004) and there are various things floating around elsewhere online, but I'm having trouble finding information dealing specifically with Native Americans. I'm in an anthropology class about Native North Americans right now, and I know there were some modifications (including stretched piercings), but that information is limited.
Please help me educate this idiot.

I had to go back and edit this because I forgot to add any actual info! I'm oracle_me, and I live in Toronto, Canada. I'm actually moving to a loft next weekend, but I wanted to take some quick pictures of my current bedroom - hence the terrible quality! I've been in this house for just under a year, but never really felt entirely settled here. It's a restored, Edwardian period house in the east end of the city, hence the fantastic, high ceilings. One of the great things about this room is that the entire south wall - the one you can't see - is closet space, lined with cedar. Pretty amazing. Anyways, hope you enjoy the pics; I've loved peeking in at yours ;-)

I'm rereading Crazy in Alabama for the third time or so and am almost finished with it.
It's really an amazing book by Mark Childress.
The movie is great, too.

im not sure if any if you own/know about these, but ill ask anyway just in case:
my boyfriend recently added some DJ software called virtualDJ pro to his laptop (macbook pro), and mentioned that he wanted to get a USB sound card to go along with it. i thought of getting one for him for xmas, but my google-fu has failed me in terms of a good one to get. id go to my local best buy and ask, but he told me when he asked they displayed their epic retail-fail skills.. so yeah, advice? to show how much i know about USB sound cards, i didnt know they even existed until he told me he wanted one, haha. thanks guys!
